[[[Richard stares out at the smaller island from the beach,
then brings her some food.]]]
RICHARD: Here’s some food to help you get your strength back.
Do you see that island out there?
EMMELINE: Yes.
RICHARD: Well I’ve been thinking, maybe the person who makes
the drum noise lives there, and then comes here to pray.
EMMELINE: Maybe.
RICHARD: Would you like to try to walk?
[[She nods, and he helps her up. She limps away with his help.]]]
